BBG Foundation

The Beta Beta Gamma Foundation (BBGF) is a nonprofit organization in the State of Hawai‘i established in August 1999 by alumnae members of Beta Beta Gamma Sorority of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa to support charitable, education, scientific and literary causes for the benefit of our Hawai‘i community. The Foundation serves the community through charitable giving while also providing an opportunity for fellowship, mentoring and networking among sorority alumni and actives, as a lasting legacy for BBG sorority.

BBGF Scholarship Application due June 15

The BBG Foundation is soliciting applicants for its scholarship program. The purpose of the scholarship is to recruit students to join Beta Beta Gamma Sorority, which is a community service-based social organization that was established in 1948 and is the only remaining local sorority at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa – check it out at betabetagamma.com.  The scholarship program will provide students with educational and networking opportunities for leadership and career development, while promoting sisterhood, diversity, and lasting friendships. The BBG Foundation intends to award $5000 scholarships to competitively selected applicants. The scholarship application and other documents (certified transcripts, 2 letters of recommendations, recent photo) must be submitted by June 15.
